1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Dealture mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms also incorporate the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and the Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. Use of the App

Dealture is an educational platform for personal development. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features require a paid subscription ("Pro"). The following terms apply:

  • Payment: Charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase
  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Renewal charges: Your account is charged within 24 hours prior to renewal at the then-current rate
  • Cancellation: Manage and cancel via Account Settings in the App Store. No cancellation during an active period
  • Free trials: Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its content — including lessons, text, graphics, and software — are the exclusive property of Dealture and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial educational use.

5. User Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of content you submit to the App. By submitting content, you grant Dealture a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display it for operating and improving the App. You agree not to post content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Dealture makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App or that its content will meet your specific requirements or produce specific outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dealture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits or data — arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
